D’Lodge.com is an Accommodation Booking Platform in Portugal. Because we are concerned with the privacy of each user of this Platform, we have adopted this document, which establishes its Privacy Policy.

Under what circumstances is my data collected?

There are several circumstances in which we request personal data from a user of our website hosted at www.Dlodge.com (website), i.e., information that allows the identification or contact of the User (Personal Data): when requesting a reservation, when registering on the Site, when you contact us to request a reservation, when you send us an e-mail and when visitors leave comments, this data is collected from the form together with your IP address and browser data to help detect spam.

The Personal Data collected and processed consists of information relating to name, e-mail address, date of birth, address, telephone, credit card data, and identification document.

If you upload images to the Platform, please avoid having them contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as blog visitors will be able to download and extract location data from your images.
